Little Felted Animals, Marie- Noëlle Horvath and Richard Boutin
Hello! Welcome to part 4 of my blog for creating my corgi. Today I'll be making the ears, tail, nose, and eyes.
"For the tail, take a strip of colored wool and model the pointed end of it with the felting needle. Roll it between your palms to give it its shape and then attach it to the body" (Marie- Noëlle Horvath 34).
"Form the eats from colored wool, shaping them with the felting needle and leaving unworked ends for attaching to the head. Add a touch of pink wool to the inner parts of the ears and fix them in place" (Marie- Noëlle Horvath 34).
"Needle little balls of black wool to the muddle for the nose and eyes" (Marie- Noëlle Horvath 34).

I took 2 white balls of wool and shaped in matching the shape from the diagram, and felted them to be flat. I left some unfelted wool at the bottom to use to attach to the head later.

Following the diagram's shaped the best I could, I took small pieces of black wool and rolled it up in my fingers. I felted them so that they would hold the shape.

I roughly created a tail that I would later attach to the body. I left it loose so I'd still have wool to work with when I attached it.
My question: Do my body parts match the diagram provided in the book?
