A few weeks ago I went on a hike and took the bottom photo for this project and decided to keep using the app Filterra due to the amount of setting it has on it. I used just about every setting as equally as possible to show more of the sunlight through the tress, and to brighten up the trail but to not make it look super pixilated.
What do you guys think I could do to improve on my photo editing from apps?

In my opinion a great way to show natural lighting is having the sun directly in the photo, then using a filter to tone down the brightness and get rid of glare. This will give a more definite shape of the sun and give a really cool lighting effect with the foreground being the nature.
ReplyDeletethanks for the insight!
DeleteYou definitely made the colors brighter and more eye catching! I think the contrast can get a bit too sharp on the tree branches in some places though, so it might be good to soften the darker colors a bit more. Looks great!
