these are my attempts to show the figures

in the pictures you see they are holding the pencils in three ways each of these ways help with something different . the first figure helps making draw lines in one specific direction. to draw lines in every possible direction you must hold your pencil like figure 2. in figure 3 is used to draw more long horizontal lines and curved lines.

ReplyDeleteWere any of the figures shown your natural way of drawing or did you have to change how you held the pencil? Did you prefer holding the pencil in one of the ways the figures showed or do you still prefer to hold the pencil the way you normally do when drawing and why? It's cool how holding the pencil differently allows for different things to become easier too.
