Snowboarding blogpost 2
In my book Snowboarding a Winter Sport, it says that when hitting rails. "your body should be straight. And your knees should be bent at a 45 degree angle. Your body must remained centered. Or else you'll slip off the rail easily." I went for a 50-50 grind for this rail. First I placed my body 1 foot away from the rail itself. So that I would jump left and lock on. Then I crouched my knees at a 90 degree angle. then i popped up. and looked directly down at the rail in mid air to make sure i would land directly on it. Once i got on the rail i centered my body. Then ollied off the kink at the end.
