Post 3 for me is another specific, "you try" activity from my book. This book specifically talks about Normal Rockwell, a very famous artist and painter. The book uses his exercises as a basis of improvement or broadening your horizons as an artist. This activity was to draw something in the middle of the page, and then add around it to tell a different story, or a story with many directions.
This is what I ended up drawing. I started with the fist in the center, and built up around. I drew this to be ambiguous, but I specifically was thinking about the recent death of activist Erica Garner, in a rally or riot or etc. However, what do you think? I can also see people thinking rock concert or anything else; what's your take on it?
